Fun and effective: rhythms on daily used materials

Our Stomp workshops are great “stomp-style” workshop based on rhythmical concepts of the famous Stomp percussion group.

In these workshops we will make a rhythmical musical show with everything but “real” instruments. The possibilities are endless: books, jerry cans, car wheels, brooms, etc. Besides these every day objects which we call “street percussion” we use our body as a percussion instrument. Together we work towards a dynamic musical piece where it’s all about rhythm, expression, dynamics, energy, humor and musicality.

Street percussion is of all times, but has gained a great popularity by percussion groups like Stomp, Blue Man Group and Mayumana during the last decennia.
